Tuesday Soup Café
You are welcome to join us at Tuesday soup cafe – every Tuesday in the food hub at wecreate in ecovillage, 12.30pm-2pm, (with breaks in summer and at Christmas).
Every Tuesday, Tamara coordinates a self-service pop-up soup cafe, making use of farm produce. All are very welcome, members and non-members alike. Tamara and her team serve two farm vegetable soups with bread and pesto/ spreads. There is a selection of 3 cakes, served. with organic fair trade tea, coffee and farm herbal tea. Contribution: €10.

Eats and Beats Saturday 27th September 2025. We have an amazing Eats and Beats upcoming. Not only is it a bountiful time of year, we’ve new people to work with our food and to get you dancing! Food is by Eilo and Flo from the Gourmet Offensive, and music now sees the prolific and fabulous Kelsey bring her sounds from the west coast to north Tipp.

Welcome to Feeding Ourselves 2026! This is our annual gathering, one which serves a growing Community of Practice of local food producers and organisers, community food advocates, agri-food and land-use researchers, food justice campaigners, Short Food Supply Chain (SFSC) advisors and local food facilitators. Held each year in Cloughjordan since 2011, the gathering brings people from across the island of Ireland and beyond to strategise, network and build collective capacity in food sovereignty, agroecology and local food economies.
