The farm rents a room in the North Tipperary Green Enterprise Centre which we call the “Food hub”.
Farm members and others from the wider community gather every Tuesday lunchtime at our Food Hub to eat soup made from seasonal community farm produce, and locally baked bread, with an on-the-door contribution to fund the costs of the food and preparation. This is open to everyone, including farm members, members of the broader community, and visitors. The communal style of eating, with large tables, fosters conversations and community.
We also have evening meals at the Food Hub – “Eats ‘n Beats” – every 1-2 months.
