What and how we grow

Our farmers grow using regenerative methods, without the use of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides or artificial fertilisers.  We grow heritage varieties, save our own seeds and enrich the soil using biodynamic methods.

While the produce available to members varies year by year, the below chart gives an idea of the availability of a selection of our produce, in line with the seasons.  We encourage our members to eat seasonally and to preserve produce when it is plentiful.
