Volunteering
At Cloughjordan Community Farm we host European volunteers aged 30 and under, funded by the European Solidarity Corps.
Our volunteers join us for a full season’s growing cycle, during which they learn about regenerative farming and take part in community life.

If you want to spend 8 months growing food, you like to put your hands in the soil, and you are fine with being outdoors rain or shine, this project might be for you! If you’re passionate about regenerative farming and want to learn more skills, even better.
We welcome self-motivated individuals who are interested in healthy food and local food systems, enjoy working as part of a team and would like more experience of working cooperatively, and are keen to learn practical skills to address the climate and biodiversity crisis while experiencing community life in an Ecovillage.

Our next volunteer programme will begin in February 2027 and last for 8 months. You can apply for this via the link above, or by filling in our application form.

The European Solidarity Corps is an international volunteer programme funded by the European Commission. It enables young people under 30 with a passport from a country within the European Union to volunteer in an applicable organisation or public body. The programme provides a budget to support volunteers with travel expenses, and completely covers the costs of food and accommodation for the programme duration.
