This time we’ve a new chef – the incomparable Hasrat Dayan – and DJ Smøllhaus aka Tiny House Paul, who will accompany eats and beats regular Ollie Moore. The pair will spin tropical, house, UKG, dancehall and mashups a plenty!
We kick off at 7 with a sumptuous meal, centred around our Cloughjordan Community Farm seasonal veg. Hasrat Dayan specialises in Anatolian and Mesopotamian cuisine, made using Ayurvedic food combinations. What an Evening Awaits you!”
