The Gourmet Offensive was founded in Galway in 2005 by Flo as a celebration of fresh, vibrant, local and nourishing food. Eilo joined the journey in 2015, and together they went on to run a much-loved vegetarian restaurant for eight years.
Today, Flo works as head gardener for a Michelin-starred restaurant in County Galway, and Eilo is a qualified Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and doula. Though their paths have evolved, they continue to join forces for the events that inspire them — bringing their passion for conscious, flavourful food to community tables and gatherings across the country.
